For the cover of Timar's first album Requiem, NEUF styled the breakout French rap star with one clear intention: visually mark a new chapter in the artist’s trajectory and establish his arrival on a bigger stage, in collaboration with French Hip-hop photography legend Fifou.
Drawing from the codes of classic mafia cinema, particularly Goodfellas and The Godfather, the styling explores ideas of power, status and authority. The selection of each piece was central to the process, with clothing used to reflect Timar’s evolution and convey a sense of newfound opulence, the visual expression of an artist stepping into a new level of success.
Through tailored silhouettes, carefully selected pieces and a controlled visual language, the objective was to give Timar a presence that felt established, confident and timeless.
Developed through stylistic research and close exchanges with the artist’s team, the final image translates his musical evolution into a clear visual statement.
The result is a striking album cover that reinforces Timar’s new positioning and signals his transition into a more established figure within the French music landscape.
