In 2021, NEUF Artist Lab collaborated on the music video Balafre, marking the first team-up between rising French rappers Ashe 22 and Stavo. Directed by Explore314 and produced by Seasidz, the video’s unsettling, creepy laboratory atmosphere was elevated by NEUF’s creative input. NEUF handled the design of animated letterings for titles and credits, crafting letters that appeared to form from organic substances, intensifying the eerie mood.

Alongside the graphic and motion design, NEUF also styled the artists in sleek techwear outfits, curated by Gato, adding a futuristic and sophisticated edge to the visual narrative. With graphic design led by Nathan ‘NTN’ Sabaté and motion graphics by Thibaud Teti, NEUF’s contributions helped to create a visually cohesive and immersive music video that aligned with the dark, atmospheric tone of the project.
